Services / Kubernetes & platform engineering
03
Containers and pipelines sized for your team, not a large enterprise.
From a first container deployment to a production Kubernetes platform with GitOps, observability and service-to-service security. We will also tell you when you do not need Kubernetes.
Who it is for
- Startups outgrowing a single server or platform-as-a-service
- Teams running EKS or AKS that nobody fully understands
- Companies whose only DevOps engineer has left
Signs you need it
- Deploys are manual or nerve-wracking
- Customers find outages before you do
- The cluster was set up once and never upgraded
- Every service is deployed a different way
What is included
Right-sized compute
Serverless containers, managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) or lightweight k3s, chosen on cost and operational effort.
GitOps delivery
ArgoCD or Flux, so what runs in the cluster always matches what is in Git.
Observability
Metrics, logs and traces with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry, and alerts that mean something.
Service security
Zero-trust mTLS with Istio, network policies, and secrets in Vault or a cloud secret store.
Upgrades and reliability
Cluster upgrades, autoscaling, backups and disaster-recovery drills.
What you get
- Working platform in your own accounts
- Deployment pipelines for your services
- Dashboards and alerts
- Operations runbook and handover training
Timeline
- Week 1
Discovery: current setup, services and pain points
- Build
Delivered in stages, each one usable on its own
- Handover
Training, runbooks and a support period
Project-based, or a monthly retainer to run and improve the platform.
Common questions
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often not. For a handful of services, serverless containers can be cheaper and simpler. You will get an honest recommendation either way.
Can you take over an existing cluster?
Yes. We start by documenting and stabilizing what is there before changing anything.
